ATELIER ELENI is a legal pastry business in France specialized in preparation and sale of cakes, desserts, workshops labs online or with physical presence, contribution to organized events and markets but also sale of commercialized products related to pastry and baking.

Behind this company, it’s me. My name is Eleni. I am pastry chef graduated in France, of Greek origin, and count so far many years of baking and decorating experience. As a pastry chef and baker, I am here to propose you products of high quality, with the best and safest preparation methods, by using my experience, inspiration and creativity. My personal skills (apart from baking) are lying between the understanding of clients’ needs, the warm communication and the ability to propose you the best ideas for your special events. My target is to make you happy and satisfied from our services.

The good combination of high quality ingredients, fresh ideas and professional recipes, the mix of different cultures and flavors make our boutique an intracultural center of different sweets, by matching together and bringing you a new era and new ideas in pastry.

Perfection is not necessarily linked to the standard use of techniques and flawless decoration, it is the soul and feelings that an artisan baker includes in his creativity and inspiration, in a way to approach the Client’s wishes. Sweets are a communicative mean that unites people around a table and accompany adults and kids during their special moments and celebrations. All these moments are precious and must be memorable.

That’s the reason why most of our proposed pastries are personalized and tailor made.

Our Boutique in Sierck Les Bains will be soon ready to welcome you and also enable you to discover our ideas and proposed flavors.

In our online boutique, you will be able to purchase among our standing sweets and desserts and communicate with us for a special event order. Our main philosophy stands on the principle of tailor made sweets.

You will also be able to subscribe and reserve online for your baking workshops seats. For now, due to COVID 19 measures, only online workshops are available. But later, once the conditions permit it again, we will propose you physical presence workshops.

Finally, in our online boutique, we propose you lots of quality products. Sugar paste, edible colors, tools, gadgets and many more. If you are fan of pastry and an amateur of cakes and decorations, please take a look at our culinary stuff proposed for you.
