You can order by choosing one of the following means:
1. Online through our e-shop 24/24 and 7d/7
2. By calling us in (+33) (0)6 79 00 39 97 Monday to Friday from 13h to 18h and Saturday from 10h to 16h.
3. By passing by our cake boutique in Sierck Les Bains.
No orders are accepted through the social media.
All orders received through our e-shop are prepared to be delivered within 48h to 72h depending on the type of order, and tailor-made sweets are estimated to be prepared within minimum one week. Depending on the number of parts and the decoration, additional time might be required until delivery of a product.
There are two ways for receiving your orders:
• Pick up from our cake boutique ATELIER ELENI, 9 Quai des Ducs de Lorraine 57480 Sierck Les Bains) in a specific date and time. Once your order is ready, an email confirmation is sent to the client to pick up his/her order.
Confirmation emails are sent only for all online orders
• Delivery service directly to the address that the Client has stated at a specific date and time, confirmed by both parties.
